Complex mechanization and machinery in reclamation of degraded forage lands

Differential Mechanisms of Microbial As(III) and Sb(III) Oxidation and Their Contribution to Tailings Reclamation

Environmental Science & Technology
Mine tailings are extremely oligotrophic environments frequently contaminated with elevated As and Sb, making As(III) and Sb(III) oxidation potentially important energy sources for the tailing microbiome. Although they have been proposed to share similar metabolic pathways, a systemic comparison of the As(III) and Sb(III) oxidation mechanisms and ...

[Characteristics and Mechanism of Hybrid Ozonation-Coagulation Process in Wastewater Reclamation].

Huan jing ke xue= Huanjing kexue, 2018
Because of the limited dissolved organic matter removal efficiency in conventional pre-ozonation-coagulation process, the hybrid ozonation-coagulation (HOC) process was developed for wastewater reclamation in this study. In this process, coagulation and ozonation could synchronize within a single unit.

Application of mechanization in the mining operations and land reclamation of the Kolubara surface mine

Erozija
The Kolubara Mining Basin, located in central Serbia, is one of the most significant coal sources in the country. This paper analyzes the main surface mining operations, including coal excavation, transport, and overburden disposal, as well as accompanying works such as land clearing, slope shaping, and reclamation. The role of primary mining machinery

Analysis on Dynamic Compaction and Mechanical Behavior of Reclamation Foundation Using Soil Tests

Materials Testing, 2013
Abstract The dynamic compaction method was used to analyze the consolidation of a railway foundation. Based on the physical characteristics of sands, the parameters of an extended model were proposed by the soil tests. Such model is powerful for investigations of mechanical behaviour of sands under the dynamic compactions.
