Microstructure Reconstruction in Battery Electrodes Using Machine Learning Based on Low‐Voltage Focused Ion Beam–Scanning Electron Microscopy Tomography Images

Low‐voltage FIB‐SEM tomography combined with a image preprocessing pipeline improves phase contrast and enables reliable machine‐learning segmentation of conductive networks in lithium‐ion battery electrodes. Textile‐integrated sensor architectures are systematically compared to evaluate their electromechanical behavior under combined mechanical and environmental loading. Pocket‐based integration exhibits stable and reproducible signals, whereas tunnel‐based routing shows higher sensitivity accompanied by increased variability.
