Multimodal, Unstable Theory [PDF]
The refinement of courseware is a natural quandary. After years of practical research into simulated annealing, we disprove the study of consistent hashing, demonstrates the extensive importance of programming languages.

Random Matrix Theory of Scattering in Chaotic and Disordered Media
We review the random matrix theory describing elastic scattering through zero-dimensional ballistic cavities (having chaotic classical dynamics) and quasi-one dimensional disordered systems.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

MEDIA PRACTICE AND MEDIA THEORY
Media practice remains under-theorised. What actually happens when media artefacts are made is the last great mystery in our subject area. Practice is now a major part of many degrees, but those who teach it tend to have an inferiority complex in relation to their Theory Colleagues.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Ixazomib inhibits proteasome‐mediated degradation of topoisomerase I induced by irinotecan, thereby restoring drug sensitivity and promoting tumor cell death in colorectal cancer. Irinotecan, a topoisomerase I (topoI) inhibitor, is widely used for colorectal cancer, but resistance remains a major clinical challenge.
