Bilateral Spontaneous Pneumothorax in a Young Gentleman

We present a case of bilateral spontaneous pneumothorax in a 26‐year‐old Chinese male with a history of smoking. Imaging reveals the presence of underlying cystic lung disease and he subsequently underwent bilateral video‐assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) bullectomy, mechanical pleurodesis, and surgical lung biopsy.

Development of Sarcoidosis Subsequent to Temporary Corticosteroid Treatment in a Patient With Rheumatoid Arthritis

Incidental Finding of Azygous Vein Aneurysm on the Background of Myasthenia Gravis—Is It a Wolf in Sheep's Coat?

Azygous vein aneurysm is an extremely rare clinical manifestation and often an incidental diagnosis. We are describing a rare case of an incidental diagnosis of azygous vein aneurysm which was managed conservatively. Vascular interventions and anticoagulation are suggested in complex situations.
