Compact 3-D Antenna for Medical Diagnosis of the Human Head
IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, 2019A compact 3-D antenna for microwave medical diagnosis is presented. The antenna is matched with an inhomogeneous human head allowing higher signal penetration so as to obtain more meaningful data reflected from inside the brain.

The B3G (Beyond 3G) concept enables mobile users to roam freely through heterogeneous networks on an all-IP platform [1]. Specifically, we view B3G networks as an infrastructure-less aggregation of heterogeneous infrastructure-based and ad hoc networks.

A group medical diagnosis model based on intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets
Applied Soft Computing, 2019This paper is aimed at developing a group decision making (GDM) model for medical diagnosis via determining weights of experts based on a new similarity measure of intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets (IFSSs), and integrating the evaluation information by the ...

This chapter briefly explains the medical diagnosis definition and the useful techniques that help to improve the performance of the existing medical diagnosis systems. The reasons for importance and difficulties of medical diagnosis and web-based medical diagnosis system components are explained and WISER as an example is provided.

The diagnostic process holds a firm position in medical practice, but is often claimed to be part of the "art of medicine", partially beyond reach of rational and logical analysis. Research in clinical cognition, decision analysis and artificial intelligence have, however, elucidated essential parts of medical diagnosis.
