The Awakening Brain is Characterized by a Widespread and Spatiotemporally Heterogeneous Increase in High Frequencies

This work explores the process of morning awakening of the human brain using polysomnography paired with simultaneous stereo‐electroencephalography, a method that provides high spatial and temporal resolution for examining brain activity. Awakening is characterized by an increase in high‐frequency spectral power and connectivity.

Summarizing patient clinical notes is vital for reducing documentation burdens. Current manual summarization makes medical staff struggle. We propose an automatic method using LLMs, but long inputs cause LLMs to lose context, reducing output quality especially in small size model.

Delivery of A Chemically Modified Noncoding RNA Domain Improves Dystrophic Myotube Function

CYTOR is a pro‐myogenic ncRNA in skeletal muscle. Here, chemical probing of CYTOR, coupled with functional cellular assays identifies exon 2 as an independent myogenic RNA domain. Chemical engineering of CYTOR exon 2 RNA improves pharmacologic properties, including RNA stability and cell‐autonomous immunogenicity.
