Regional Impedance Patterns in Cochlear Implantation: Influence of Demographic and Early Activation
Implantation age is a key determinant of electrode impedance behavior, with a region‐specific effect most pronounced in the apical cochlea. Younger recipients exhibit higher intraoperative impedance followed by a time‐dependent reversal at 6 months.

Metabolic Signatures of Aging and Gametogenesis in Hydra oligactis
Hydra oligactis undergoes cold‐induced sexual differentiation and aging, culminating in death. GC–MS‐based metabolite profiling revealed signatures of gametogenesis, for example, polyamine accumulation, and of aging, such as loss of cytoprotection and neurotransmitter function, including taurine depletion.

Using a decision support tool to reduce inappropriate antibiotic use after a delayed prescription
Abstract Antimicrobial resistance is partly driven by overprescribing antibiotics in primary care. Delayed antibiotic prescriptions, which allow patients to monitor their symptoms before deciding to use antibiotics, are a promising intervention. However, this strategy is undermined when patients initiate antibiotic use immediately.
