Decoding Human Placental Cellular and Molecular Responses to Obesity and Fetal Growth
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Women with obesity often deliver large‐for‐gestational‐age (LGA) infants. Single‐nucleus RNA sequencing of term placenta reveals that hypoxia and TNF‐α signaling in syncytiotrophoblasts are featured in maternal obesity, but inflammatory signatures in Hofbauer cells and response to lipid or carbohydrate metabolism in fibroblasts are specific to LGA.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.An innovative mussel‐inspired bioadhesive patch has been developed for post‐surgical glioblastoma treatment. The patch, which adheres strongly in biological environments, releases a localized treatment. This treatment, acting via reactive oxygen species, shows specific toxicity to glioblastoma cells.

Revealing Ambipolar Charge Transport in BTBT‐Based D–A–D Molecules via Photo‐MIS‐CELIV Measurements
Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.We report a new family of D–A–D molecules based on BTBT and BTBTOx4 as central π‐conjugated cores. Using photo‐MIS‐CELIV, we measured hole and electron mobilities and investigated the role of molecular structure. BTBTOx4 derivatives show ambipolar behavior and intrinsic p‐doping, while BTBT analogues are unipolar with higher mobility.
