Copolymers of Poly(Butylene Trans‐1,4‐Cyclohexanedicarboxylate)/Pripol as New Biomaterial Platform for Small Diameter Vascular Graft

Electrospun tubular scaffolds from novel PBCE‐based copolyesters and blends were designed as candidates for small‐diameter vascular grafts. They combine defect‐free architecture, blood‐compatible surfaces, and mechanical properties comparable to native vessels.

Species-specific efficacy necessitates accurate identification of medicinal leeches, but standard DNA barcoding often fails with degraded DNA from traditional medicines. This deficiency highlights the need for mini-barcoding.

Seta‐Inspired Mechano‐Intelligent Janus Bandage with Coordinated Adhesion–Contraction for Minimizing Scarring

We developed a bioinspired mechano‐intelligent Janus bandage (MIB) with a hydrophobic flat exterior and a hydrophilic interior featuring gecko‐mimicking wedged microstructures, fabricated via micromolding and anisotropic plasma treatment. The MIB dynamically synchronizes adhesion and contraction, enabling precise force modulation.
