Artificial Intelligence‐Driven Inverse Design of Singlet Fission Candidates in the Acene family

In this work, we describe an AI‐driven inverse design platform predicting S1 and T1 energies across acenes with high accuracy. Using Hammett σ constants as descriptors and RNN models coupled with optimization algorithms, it efficiently explores ≈1014 structures, uncovering novel SF candidates from benzene to pentacene. Ion‐Driven Regulation of Ca2+ Flow by Ti/Zn Composite Activates ERK/MAPK Signaling and Maintains Mitochondrial Homeostasis to Promote Macrophage‐Mediated Bone Regeneration

A 3D‐printed interpenetrating Ti/Zn composite enables sustained Zn2+ release to regulate intracellular Ca2+ redistribution, preserve mitochondrial homeostasis, activate ERK/MAPK signaling, and promote M2 macrophage polarization, thereby enhancing osteoimmune‐mediated bone regeneration and peri‐implant osseointegration.
