Bromocriptine in peripartum cardiomyopathy: A meta‐analysis with trial sequential analysis

open access: yesESC Heart Failure, EarlyView.
In this meta‐analysis of 12 studies (1,765 patients), adjunctive bromocriptine significantly improved left ventricular ejection fraction and remodeling in peripartum cardiomyopathy without improving mortality or major adverse cardiovascular events.
