Die Strukturaufklärung des ersten sex‐induzierenden Pheromons einer Kieselalge
Angewandte Chemie, Volume 135, Issue 43, October 23, 2023., 2023 Die Struktur eines Sexualpheromons, welches ein β‐sulfatiertes Aspartat enthält, wurde mittels Metabolomik, Isotopenmarkierung, Massenspektrometrie und NMR‐Spektroskopie aufgeklärt. Das Peptid‐Pheromon ist in femtomolaren Konzentrationen aktiv und synchronisiert die sexuelle Paarung in der Kieselalge Seminavis robusta.
