Mapping Causal Biology: Mendelian Randomization in the Era of Big Data
Mendelian randomization (MR) leverages genetic variants to mitigate confounding biases in causal inference. This review systematically maps MR's methodological evolution, highlights its expanding applications in epidemiology and drug target validation, and outlines future directions for overcoming current biases through dynamic, multi‐omics, and cross ...

Meiotic Behavior of Wild, Synthetic and Cultivated Wheats
Wild relatives of bread wheat are potential sources of valuable genetic materials for wheat improvement. Genomic relationship and cross-ability between plant species can be deduced from chromosomal structure, size and behavior during meiotic division.

Abstract Myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) is a clinically challenging multisystem neuromuscular hereditary disorder, with generational increase in severity and earlier age at onset. It is caused by an unstable cytosine‐thymine‐guanine repeat expansion at the DMPK locus, accompanied by associated genetic and epigenetic modifications.

Reproductive Challenges of the Ageing Female: A Comprehensive Narrative Review
ABSTRACT Changes in societal norms over the last few decades have resulted in novel family planning trends, notably delayed childbearing and increased maternal age at the birth of the first child. Despite advances in reproductive medicine, ageing poses significant challenges.
