Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy Analysis of Isolated Melanosomes
ChemPhysChem, EarlyView.Using fast fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy, the study tracks isolated bovine and porcine melanosomes during 60 min of 515 nm laser exposure. Two decay components lengthen progressively, while amplitude ratios shift, evidencing rapid photo‐oxidative and structural alterations of melanin.
