Patient therapy outcome modeling in cancer organoids is improved by cancer‐associated fibroblasts and organoid assembly convolution

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Patient‐derived organoids (PDOs) from pancreatic, colorectal, and gastric cancers were used to evaluate standard and experimental therapies. Incorporating cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) into organoid cultures improved patient therapy outcome prediction.

Room-temperature-cured MoSi2-phosphate emissivity coating with a self-sealing structure

open access: yesMaterials & Design
While emissivity coatings on thermal insulation materials in aircrafts can help radiate aerodynamic heat flux, traditional high-temperature sintering oxidizes emissive agents, thereby degrading their emissive properties.

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Reflection of sequence of geodynamic processes in geological structure of the Bug area

open access: yesГеофизический журнал, 2019
The age of formations composing granulite blocks of the Ukrainian Shield is a pro-blem for disputes. In order to ascertain the primary genesis and conditions of transduction of the Bug area rocks it is proposed to find out how was deep process realized ...

Inhibition of cyclin‐dependent kinases 12/13 using CT7439 as a treatment for colorectal cancer with CDK12 upregulation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The proposed mechanism of action for the CDK12/13 inhibitor and cyclin K degrader, CT7439. CDK12/13 inhibition interrupts transcription elongation, leading to increased DNA damage that results in cell death. This agent is a potentially novel treatment option for patients with colorectal cancer. Created in BioRender. Cyclin‐dependent kinase (CDK) 12 and

Enhancing mechanical properties of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers with 1,3-trimethylene carbonate, epsilon-caprolactone and L-lactide copolymers via soft segment crystallization

open access: yeseXPRESS Polymer Letters, 2011
Multiblock thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers based on random and triblock copolymers were synthesized and studied. Dihydroxyl-terminated random copolymers were prepared by ring opening copolymerization of ε-caprolactone (CL) and 1,3-trimethylene
