The proposed mechanism of action for the CDK12/13 inhibitor and cyclin K degrader, CT7439. CDK12/13 inhibition interrupts transcription elongation, leading to increased DNA damage that results in cell death. This agent is a potentially novel treatment option for patients with colorectal cancer. Created in BioRender. Cyclin‐dependent kinase (CDK) 12 and

The density of Ga2O3 liquid in equilibrium with air has been measured at 18000 to 19000C using an Ir double-bob Archimedean method. The data yield the following description of the density of Ga2O3 liquid: ρ= 4.8374(84)–0.00065(12)(T −18500C).

VISCOSITY OF CuPb, CuPbSn, CuPbSnGa AND CuPbSnGaBi MELTS OF EQUIATOMIC COMPOSITIONS
We investigated the viscosity of CuPb, CuPbSn, CuPbSnGa and CuPbSnGaBi melts of equiatomic compositions by the method of damped torsion vibrations of a crucible. We saw the melts of equiatomic composition as the melts high-entropy.

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Data for Simulations of sphere-forming diblock copolymer melts
These files contain data for molecular dynamics simulations on asymmetric diblock polymer chains. Each of the chains are 64 beads long. The time step used for the simulation is 0.005 in natural simulation units. Each configuration is sampled after 1000

Melting process and the equilibrium melting temperature of polychlorotrifluoroethylene
A new method of estimating the equilibrium melting temperature, T(m), of a polymer is described, and applied to polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE). Experimentally determined values of the so-called observed melting point, [Formula: see text] , are plotted as a function of the isothermal crystallization temperature, T(x).

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Formation of Structurally Bound Carbonate in Silicate Melts on the Top of the Mantle Transition Zone
Carbon‐bearing dense silicate melts may account for the seismically weak layers on top of the mantle transition zone (MTZ) at 13–14 GPa. How carbon is incorporated into silicate melts at such high pressures has not been experimentally probed, making the ...

This paper describes a technique for producing realistic animations of melting objects. The work presented here introduces a method that accurately models both thermal flow and the latent heat during the phase change. The mechanism for energy transfer to the model is via both boundary conditions and radiation.

Melt-forming and melt-loss reactions controlling granitic melt composition
Partial melting is a primary process for the continental differentiation. Composition of granitic melts are dominated by the melting process and possibly modified by later interaction with residual minerals in the source. Systematic petrographic study and geochemical analyses were conducted on the Triassic Jindong migmatites (238±1 Ma) from the ...
