BEOL‐Compatible Liquid‐Metal‐Printing of Ultrathin 2D Oxide Memtransistors and Its Applications in Neuromorphic Computing

Ultrathin 2D indium oxide memtransistors are reproducibly fabricated via a scalable liquid‐metal‐printing process under ambient, low‐temperature conditions.
