Rare cause of trigeminal neuralgia: Meckel\u27s cave meningocele

The most common etiology of classic trigeminal neuralgia is vascular compression. However, other causes must be excluded. It is very unlikely that a meningocele presents with symptomatic trigeminal neuralgia.
