2015Mentha spicata subsp. spicata is a medicinal and aromatic plant. In order to propagate Mentha spicata subsp. spicata in vitro, hypocotyl explants were cultured in MS medium containing different combinations of BAP and NAA supplemented with 3% sucrose and solidified with 0.65% agar.
