Allergy, EarlyView.This study investigates the effect of mepolizumab on the proteomic and transcriptomic profile of blood eosinophils in SEA patients. Mepolizumab reduces the migratory capacity and effector‐related molecular signatures of circulating eosinophils in SEA patients.
