The objective of this paper aims to develop a marketing plan to increase sales of Crepastello Pasteleria in 60% by the next year. After analyzing sales in recent years by business unit and the target market was concluded that the effort will focus on the business unit of Academy of pastry, because it is the one with higher market value.
