Selective and Long‐Term Stable Ammonia Electrolysis Using Pt–WOx Catalysts with Suppressed NOx Formation and Enhanced Activity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 3, 14 January 2026.
This study reports photodeposited Pt nanoparticles on WOx nanowires (Pt–WOx (P)) as a bifunctional catalyst for ammonia electrolysis. Strong metal–support interactions promote electron transfer to Pt, lowering the energy barrier of the rate‐determining step and suppressing NOx formation.

Dental fluorosis in the European roe deer (Capreolus capreolus): A review of the pathological changes in the enamel of fluorotic cheek teeth and the abnormal pattern of dental wear in affected dentitions

open access: yesThe Anatomical Record, Volume 309, Issue 1, Page 166-186, January 2026.
Abstract This article reviews the pathological changes in the enamel of permanent mandibular cheek teeth and their sequelae in European roe deer from regions polluted by anthropogenic fluoride emissions. The primary (developmental) changes of fluorotic roe deer enamel are hypomineralization and microstructural aberrations, including enamel hypoplasia ...

Electrocatalysis by Coinage Metal Nanoclusters of Atomic Precision: Tailoring Catalytic Reactivity and Stability by Ligands and Composition

open access: yesChemistry – An Asian Journal, Volume 21, Issue 1, January 2026.
Atomically precise coinage metal nanoclusters offer an exceptional platform for probing structure–activity relationships in electrocatalysis. This review first outlines general catalyst‐design principles, emphasizing how ligand environment, morphology, doping, and surface modification govern electrocatalytic behavior.

Synthesis of Boronic Acid‐Cross‐Linked Diene‐Based Polymers via Free‐Radical Copolymerization

open access: yesChemistry – An Asian Journal, Volume 21, Issue 2, 28 January 2026.
ABSTRACT Conjugated diene polymers cross‐linked with boronic acid functionalities were synthesized via free‐radical copolymerization of styrylboronic acid and isoprene or myrcene. The polymerization proceeded with an identical boron incorporation to the comonomer feed in a 1,4‐specific manner.
