The pancreatic heterotopia of fortuitous operational discovery remains rare because of the medical imagery progress. We report a mesenteric localisation of aberrant pancreas identified during the assumption of responsibility of an abdominal emergency.A 26-year-old man was allowed with the urgencies for an acute obstruction of the small bowel.
