CNS Mitochondria‐Derived Vesicle in Blood: Potential Biomarkers for Brain Mitochondria Dysfunction
ABSTRACT Objective Mitochondrial dysfunction is a hallmark of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's (AD) and Parkinson's (PD). Our goal was to develop practical, noninvasive methods to assess mitochondrial status through the detection of mitochondria‐derived vesicles (MDVs).

Objective Gastrointestinal perforation (GIP) is a rare and life‐threatening safety concern associated with JAK inhibitors (JAKi). We aimed to review the evidence regarding the risk of GIP associated with the use of JAKi in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) using a systematic review and network meta‐analysis approach.

Global balancing of a triangular mesh
New algorithm for Steiner triangular mesh balancing is proposed. The algorithm is based on the least squares method and minimizes the standart deviation of triangulation angles cosines from the optimal value of 0.5.
