Photoswitchable Conductive Metal–Organic Frameworks
A conductive material where the conductivity can be modulated remotely by irradiation with light is presented. It is based on films of conductive metal–organic framework type Cu3(HHTP)2 with embedded photochromic molecules such as azobenzene, diarylethene, spiropyran, and hexaarylbiimidazole in the pores.

Dynamic on-mesh procedural generation
We present a method to synthesize procedural models with global structures, such as growth plants, on existing surfaces at interactive time. More generally, our approach extends shape grammars to enable context-sensitive procedural generation on the GPU. Central to our framework is the unified representation of external contexts as texture maps.

This study uncovers the unexplored role of intermolecular interactions in multiphoton absorption in coordination polymers. By analyzing [Zn2tpda(DMA)2(DMF)0.3], it shows how the electronic coupling of the chromophores and confinement in the MOF enhance two‐and three‐photon absorption.

Deciding on the Regularity of a Planar Coons Map
We consider the construction of a regular map from the unit square to a general four-sided domain, a problem that arises in several applications, e.g., in the numerical solution of integral equations or when dealing with trimmed surfaces in CAD.

This study uncovers a new switching mechanism in HfO2 and ZrO2, where the absence of a non‐polar layer along the a‐direction induces interaction between polar layers. Consequently, the switching barriers for growth are lower than those for nucleation in this direction, leading to a size‐dependent coercive field that matches experimental observations ...

Study on boundary search method for DFM mesh generation [PDF]
The boundary mesh of the casting model was determined by direct calculation on the triangular facets extracted from the STL file of the 3D model. Then the inner and outer grids of the model were identified by the algorithm in which we named Inner Seed ...

The Accuracy of 3D Mesh Generation of Neuralangelo Versus Photogrammetry and LiDAR Technology
Photogrammetry and LiDAR have become an essential tool for preserving evidence by creating a point cloud of objects such as vehicles and environments. While effective, these methods often struggle with capturing fine details during the mesh generation ...
