ABSTRACT We report the case of a 30‐year‐old man who experienced intermittent abdominal pain for 1.5 years. He presented with worsening pain during defecation and bladder filling. A CT scan revealed a large abdominal cystic lesion, along with smaller cysts in the pelvis.
