Surface Engineering on Transition Metal Dichalcogenides: In Situ Encapsulation of Metal–Organic Frameworks for Highly Humidity‐Resistant Gas Sensing at Room Temperature

2D UiO‐66‐NH2/MoS2 was fabricated via an aqueous synthesis method to in situ encapsulation of MoS2 with 2D UiO‐66‐NH2 MOF. The humidity‐resistant NO2 sensing of 2D UiO‐66‐NH2/MoS2 at room temperature was accordingly enhanced by MOF encapsulation layer, along with the selectivity and stability.
