ABSTRACT Pancreatic hemangioma is an extremely rare benign tumor occurring in the pancreas. Preoperative diagnosis is challenging due to its lack of specificity in clinical manifestations and imaging examinations. A pancreatic lesion was found during physical examination of a 54‐year‐old woman who had no symptoms of abdominal discomfort.

Insulinoma in a Young Patient With Focal Seizures: A Case Report of a Neurological Diagnostic Challenge

ABSTRACT Insulinomas can mimic refractory epilepsy, leading to diagnostic delays. Hypoglycemia should be ruled out in patients with fasting‐associated focal seizures. Timely diagnosis via Whipple's triad and surgical resection offers a complete cure and reversal of neuropsychiatric symptoms.
