Band edge engineering of lead halide perovskites using carboxylic‐based self‐assembled monolayer for efficient photovoltaics

Herein, carboxylic‐based self‐assembled dipole monolayer is applied to modulate band edges of the lead halide perovskites film. This strategy helps accelerate electron extraction and inhibit charge recombination across the interlayer, thus elevating the power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells by 6.48%.
