Metalworking Fluid Hand Dermatitis.
In a household appliance plant, several rinse-free lubricating fluids have been used instead of neat mineral oils since 1994: mixtures of isoparaffinic hydrocarbons with 9 to 14 carbons per molecule. As such they denature keratin, irritate and defat the skin, and remove water from it.

The Australian Union Movement and the Politics of Full Employment, 1945–1976
ABSTRACT This article argues that the Australian union movement played a crucial and often overlooked role in both the success and rapid decline of Australia's post‐war full employment framework. Early Bronze Age Copper Circulation in the Guadalentín and Segura Valleys (SE Spain)
ABSTRACT Identifying the sources of copper used in Early Bronze Age metalwork from south‐east Spain is key to resolving a long‐running debate concerning centralized control, or lack thereof, over El Argar society's economic organisation. This study provides the first substantial integrated programme of EDXRF and MC‐ICP‐MS analyses for copper‐base ...

Organizational Fairness Perceptions, Employee Representation, and Firm Performance
ABSTRACT From a theoretical perspective, employees' fairness perceptions play a vital role in explaining the effect of employee representation on individual and firm‐level outcomes. However, the fairness argument has not been scrutinized in empirical studies yet. Using German longitudinal linked employer‐employee data, we show that particularly central
