Heating of near-Earth objects and meteoroids due to close approaches to the Sun
It is known that near-Earth objects (NEOs) during their orbital evolution may often undergo close approaches to the Sun. Indeed it is estimated that up to ~70% of them end their orbital evolution colliding with the Sun.

ABSTRACT The amount and stratigraphic setting of ground ice in permafrost slopes is a key control on the style and magnitude of permafrost mass wasting. Understanding the spatial and stratigraphic variations in ground ice distribution on permafrost slopes is therefore a fundamental property in assessing the stability of permafrost hillslopes.

Meteoroid Engineering Model (MEM): A Meteoroid Model For The Inner Solar System [PDF]
In an attempt to overcome some of the deficiencies of existing meteoroid models, NASA’s Space Environments and Effects (SEE) Program sponsored a 3 year research effort at the University of Western Ontario. The resulting understanding of the sporadic meteoroid environment – particularly the nature and distribution of the sporadic sources – were then ...

Modern radar techniques and the hazard of meteoroids to space platforms
Modern radar techniques, and in particular ground based radars, are a powerful tool to observe space objects (natural meteoroids and artificial space debris) on account of their all-weather and day-and-night performance.
