Solar System material reaching neighboring star systems
Context. In our Solar System, few macroscopic objects have been observed to be moving in hyperbolic orbits and, thus, they must have originated from interstellar space. Some meteoroids are also suspected to have an interstellar origin.

Large meteoroids belonging to the α-Capricornid meteoroid stream
Several objects have been proposed as the parent body of the α-Capricornid meteoroidstream. Among them we can find the short period comets 141P/Machholz and 45P/Honda-Mrkos- Pajdusakova, but also asteroids such as (2101) Adonis, 2002 EX12(=169P/NEAT) and (9162) 1987 OA [1-5]. The debris produced by the fragmentation of the

This study provides the first isotopic analysis of Oligocene mammals from Quebrada Fiera, Mendoza, Argentina, filling a major gap in South American paleontology. It reveals a latitudinal gradient in aridity due to the Andean rain shadow and highlights the role of (semi)permanent water bodies in sustaining diverse herbivore communities. Additionally, it

High‐grade orebodies are controlled by stress field with σ1 oriented NE‐SW during the main mineralization stage.Inferred NEE‐trending strike‐slip fault control another orebody distribution. ABSTRACT The Jinqingding gold deposit in eastern Jiaodong is a significant gold mineralization within the Muping–Rushan metallogenic belt.

INTERSTELLAR METEOROIDS WITH ALMOST HYPERBOLIC ORBITS
Opportunities for detecting interstellar meteoroids with implicit hyperbolic orbits are explored. It is indicated that the idea of their interstellar origin is based on the distribution of hyperbolic orbits of meteoric particles according to elongation ...

ABSTRACT The European Union's proposed Space Law aims to establish a unified approach for sustainable space activities across the EU. While the EU's satellite constellations contribute to sustainability efforts, they can also have negative environmental impacts.

Meteoroids Interaction With The Earth Atmosphere
Abstract In this study we evaluate meteoroid mass and its other properties based on the observed atmospheric trajectory. With account for aerodynamics, we formulate a problem by introducing key dimensionless parameters in the model, responsible for the drag, mass loss and rotation of meteoroid.

Stable Isotope Analysis as a Tool to Prevent Illicit Wildlife Trade of Songbirds in Brazil
Feather isotopes provide clear differences between wild and captive songbirds in Brazil. Combining multiple isotopes improved classification accuracy and revealed individuals falsely declared as captive‐bred. These results demonstrate the potential of isotope analysis to detect wildlife laundering in the bird trade.

Investigating relationships among strontium, barium, and seasonality in wild baboons
Abstract Geochemical profiles of Australopithecus africanus and baboon teeth show fluctuating trace elements, possibly reflecting seasonal diets. Here we use laser ablation–inductively coupled plasma–mass spectrometric measurements of calcium‐normalized strontium and barium ratios (Sr/Ca and Ba/Ca) and ion microprobe analyses of oxygen isotopes (δ18O ...
