Nanostructured Pd barrier for low methanol crossover DMFC
This work reports the successful fabrication of Pd nanostructured proton conducting-fluid blocking barriers on standard perfluorosulfonic acid membranes, able to reduce considerably methanol crossover in Direct Methanol Fuel Cells. The barrier nanostructure and grafting to the underlying membrane was optimized by fine-tuning the deposition conditions ...

Regiodivergent C3 and C4 Amination of Quinolines via Radical and Ionic Pathways
A regiodivergent strategy converts a single N‐aminoquinolinium precursor into either C3‐ or C4‐aminated quinolines. Nucleophile‐induced dearomatization diverges into light‐driven N‐centered radical capture (C3) or base‐promoted SNAr (C4), enabling rapid assembly of aminoquinoline libraries and late‐stage diversification.

A Randomized, Double-Blind, Two-Treatment, Two-Period, Crossover Study Investigating the Systemic Bioavailability of a Novel Cocrystal Ubiquinol Formulation Compared with a Ubiquinone Formulation in Healthy Adults. [PDF]
Abstract Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a naturally occurring biochemical cofactor found in all human cell membranes in two interconvertible forms: oxidized ubiquinone and reduced ubiquinol. Clinical studies indicate that different CoQ10 formulations have different absorption rates, highlighting research comparing their systemic bioavailability.
