Orbit Approach to Separation of Variables in sl(4)-Related Integrable Systems [PDF]
Separation of variables by means of the orbit method is implemented to integrable systems on coadjoint orbits in an $\mathfrak{sl}(4)$ loop algebra. This is a development and a kind of explanation for Sklyanin's procedure of separation of variables.

Comparison of different methods of controlling pain during debonding of orthodontic brackets
Objective: To compare the efficacy of finger pressure and plastic wafers in terms of pain control during debonding. Method: This cross sectional study was conducted at the Department of Orthodontics, Armed Forces Institute of Dentistry, Rawalpindi, Pakistan, from January to June 2020, and comprised patients of either gender aged 13-21 years who had ...

New classical brackets for dissipative systems
A set of brackets for classical dissipative systems, subject to external random forces, are derived. The method is inspired to the old procedure found by Peierls, for deriving the canonical brackets of conservative systems, starting from an action ...

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Mechanical characterization of aesthetic orthodontic brackets by the dynamic indentation method
The objective of this study is to investigate the mechanical properties, such as the dynamic hardness and indentation elastic modulus, of commercially available aesthetic orthodontic brackets, such as ceramic and plastic brackets, by the dynamic micro-indentation method.

Survivin and Aurora Kinase A control cell fate decisions during mitosis
Aurora A interacts with survivin during mitosis and regulates its centromeric role. Loss of Aurora A activity mislocalises survivin, the CPC and BubR1, leading to disruption of the spindle checkpoint and triggering premature mitotic exit, which we refer to as ‘mitotic slippage’.

Finite Order BFFT Method [PDF]
We have proposed a method in the context of BFFT approach that leads to truncation of the infinite series regarded to constraints in the extended phase space, as well as other physical quantities (such as Hamiltonian).

KHS‐Cnd peptide is able to impair biofilm formation and disaggregate mature biofilms in Acinetobacter baumannii clinical isolates. Differences in extracellular metabolites reflect changes in biofilm metabolism due to KHS‐Cnd treatment. Among the differentially represented extracellular metabolites upon KHS‐Cnd treatment, the significantly altered ...
