Decolonizing Central African Art Histories: New Perspectives and Methodologies
Central African art history has been shaped by colonial influences, often marginalizing indigenous perspectives and methodologies. We employed participatory action research (PAR) in collaboration with local artists and cultural institutions to document traditional arts, ensuring their voices are central to the narrative.

Stiffness‐Programmable Origami Robots With Tendon‐Driven Actuation via Multimaterial 3D Printing
Motion diversity is achieved in a tendon‐driven origami robot through programmable stiffness rather than modified actuation. Multimaterial 3D printing embeds soft creases, modular inserts redirect identical tendon inputs into distinct behaviors, and variable‐stiffness inserts enable real‐time switching.
