Robustness of computer algorithms to simulate optimal experimentation problems. [PDF]
Three methods have been developed by the authors for solving optimal experimentation problems. David Kendrick (1981, 2002, Ch.10) uses quadratic approximation of the value function and linear approximation of the equation of motion to simulate general ...

A numerical model resulting from irreversible thermodynamics for describing transport processes is introduced, focusing on thermodynamic activity gradients as the actual driving force for diffusion. Implemented in CUDA C++ and using CalPhaD methods for determining the necessary activity data, the model accurately simulates interdiffusion in aluminum ...

Handbook of Establishing and Maintaining Oxygen‐Free Atmospheres
This study presents a practical framework for creating oxygen‐free atmospheres at ambient pressure using silane‐doped inert gases. The results show that ultra‐low oxygen levels and strongly reduced water content can be achieved through controlled silane dosing, drying systems, and sensor monitoring.

Numerical methods for solving unimodal multiple criteria optimization problems - a synthesis
In this paper we give a general method to approximate the set of all efficient solutions and the set of all weakly-efficient solutions for a multiple criteria optimization problem involving generalized unimodal objective functions on the feasible sets ...
