The Effects of Enzyme Pretreatment Extraction on Lipid Recovery With Normal Phase HPLC
ABSTRACT With the increasing interest in the commercialization of microalgal fermentation‐based products, sustainable and efficient oil extraction methods have been developed for manufacturing and analytical testing. Due to the variability and resilience of micro‐algae cell walls, traditional lipid extraction methods such as Folch and Bligh and Dyer ...

ABSTRACT Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVdF) is commonly used as a binder material in the preparation of anode or cathode electrode slurries for commercial Li‐ion batteries (LIBs). High‐cost PVdF binder generally requires the use of toxic and environmentally unfriendly N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone (NMP) as a solvent for dissolution.

Methyl Cellulose as a Colloid Laxative.
Conclusions1. Methyl cellulose is a synthetic material having physical and chemical properties which would make it suitable for use as a colloid laxative. 2. Feeding it in a 10% concentration in the diet of rats, so they ingested an average of 11.4 g per kilo daily for 95 days, caused no change in the growth rate of the males, but decreased the growth ...

Ag@AgCl embedded on cellulose film: a stable, highly efficient and easily recyclable photocatalyst
In this work, cellulose-Ag@AgCl composite films have been fabricated directly through a one-step coagulation of a cellulose/1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride (BmimCl) solution with AgNO3 and PVP.

Preparation of MOEAMCl and MAAm Based Hydrogels and Effective Use in Anionic Dye Adsorption
ABSTRACT In this study, hydrogels based on [2‐(Methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride (MOEAMCl) and methacrylamide (MAAm) were synthesized for the removal of anionic dyes from aqueous solutions. Following detailed characterization, the use of hydrogels for methyl orange (MO) adsorption was investigated.

Studies in the stability of bonds between fibre-reactive dyes and cellulose [PDF]
A breakdown of the bond between dyes containing a 2,4-fluoro-5-chloropyrimidinyl reactive group and cellulose occurs when the dyeing is treated at room temperature in a detergent containing sodium perborate or an equivalent amount of hydrogen peroxide ...

The study assesses dye impacts on PA66/wool recycling via selective PA66 dissolution in calcium chloride–ethanol–water and water reprecipitation. Acid dyes migrate into solvent, yielding color‐free, melt‐spinnable PA66 and reusable wool. Metal‐complex dyes remain, altering PA66 melt viscosity and requiring extraction or repurposing.
