Methylprednisolone-hemisuccinate and its metabolites in serum, urine and bile from two patients with acute graft rejection. [PDF]
Methylprednisolone‐hemisuccinate (MPHS), methylprednisolone (MP), 20‐ alpha‐hydroxy‐ (20 alpha HMP) and 20‐beta‐hydroxymethyl‐prednisolone (20 beta HMP) concentrations were measured in serum, urine and bile from two liver transplant recipients who had received 1 g MPHS by a 1 h intravenous infusion for treatment of an acute rejection episode.

A new validated facile HPLC analysis method to determine methylprednisolone including its derivatives and practical application [PDF]
Methylprednisolone sodium succinate (MPSS) is a parenteral water-soluble corticosteroid ester. It gives three peaks methylprednisolone (MP), 17-methylprednisolone hemisuccinate (17-MPHS), and methylprednisolone hemisuccinate (MPHS) that share in the ...

Remodeling the Inflammatory Microenvironment: Nanomaterial-Based Targeted Strategies for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Lupus Nephritis. [PDF]
Current treatments for severe lupus nephritis are limited by side effects due to poor drug targeting. This review explores how smart nanomaterials—like liposomes and biomimetic carriers—can precisely deliver drugs to overactive immune cells and the kidneys. These nanotherapeutics enhance efficacy, reduce toxicity, and enable combination strategies. The

Since the FDA approval of the first nanodrug Doxil® in 1995, twenty subsequent liposome and lipid nanoparticle (LNP) based drugs (of which 10 are nanodrugs), were approved by the FDA. The application of such drug-products was considerably boosted by the mRNA-LNP based vaccines used to stop the COVID-19 pandemic.

Background. The cell regeneration and blood supply of bone defect lesions are restricted under osteoporotic pathological conditions, which make the healing of bone defect of osteoporosis still a great challenge. The current therapeutic strategies that mainly inhibit bone resorption are not always satisfactory for osteoporotic bone defects, which make ...
