The evolving story of sulfoxaflor resistance in the green peach aphid, Myzus persicae (Sulzer)

open access: yesPest Management Science, Volume 80, Issue 2, Page 866-873, February 2024.
Low‐level resistance to sulfoxaflor has been found in two clonal types (171 and 209) of Myzus persicae (Sulzer), commonly found across Australia. Resistance now extends to approximately 3000 km from the original detection site, and was found in all states sampled, suggesting that resistance to sulfoxaflor is now widespread in Australia.
