Self‐Powered Visible‐Blind Graphene/NiO/ZnO UV‐C Photodiodes
“A scalable architecture for self‐powered UV‐C photodiodes integrates defect‐engineered p‐NiO/n‐ZnO heterojunctions with highly UV‐C transparent graphene anodes. The type‐II band alignment combined with the built‐in electrical field enables robust zero‐bias charge separation.

GeSn Quantum Wells for Room‐Temperature Mid‐Infrared Lasing on Si and on Insulator Platforms
This work demonstrates a high‐performance GeSn‐on‐Insulator (GeSnOI) platform achieving laser emission up to room temperature. By utilizing Group IV GeSn quantum well heterostructures, we successfully reached a target wavelength of 3.3 µm. This advancement paves the way for fully integrated Mid‐IR photonic CMOS‐compatible sources, overcoming the ...

Discrete MeV-Scale Dark Sector States from Geometric Quantization: 59 MeV - 90 MeV
We present two independent derivations of a discrete MeV-scale dark sector spectrum arising from geometric quantization in the Operator-Derived Dimension (ODD) framework. The first method follows directly from the exact spectral solution of the transverse Hamiltonian, while the second employs an effective operator projection used for analytic ...

In this work, ultrafast laser‐induced spin transfer and spin relaxation dynamics in 2D van der Waals antiferromagnetic CrI3/CrGeTe3 heterostructures are investigated. Laser excitation is demonstrated to induce pronounced interlayer nonequilibrium spin dynamics and ultrafast magnetic moment reconstruction, driving a transition from an antiferromagnetic (

Atomic Tuning of Metal‐Support Interactions for Pathway‐Selective CO2 Photoreduction on TiO2
Single‐atom Fe and Cu catalysts anchored on TiO2 steer photocatalytic CO2 reduction toward distinct pathways. Fe sites favor rapid *CO desorption and selective CO formation, whereas Cu sites stabilize *CHO intermediates, enabling deep reduction and C─C coupling. Combined spectroscopy and DFT calculations reveal how metal–support interactions and oxygen
