Investigations of MgB2/MgO and MgB2/AlN heterostructures for Josephson Devices
2005We report structural and transport proprieties of MgB2/MgO and MgB2/AlN multilayers for MgB2 Josephson junctions. The MgB2, layers were grown by,hybrid physical chemical vapor deposition (HPCVD). The epitaxial MgB2/MgO/MgB2 trilayers were grown in situ in the HPCVD system.

Wir wollen kurz die wichtigsten Entwicklungen schildern. 2001 berichteten Jun Akimitsu und Mitarbeiter aus Tokyo die Entdeckung von Supraleitung in der Verbindung Magnesiumdiborid (MgB2) mit der kritischen Temperatur TC = 39 K.

Properties of ex-situ MgB2 bulk samples prepared by uniaxial hot pressing and spark plasma sintering

Abstract The problems in MgB 2 crystal growth are discussed on the basis of the chemical and thermodynamic information about Mg–B system. After comparing and analyzing the reported crystal growth methods, a novel technique for reproducible crystal growth of MgB 2 at a high pressure in Mg–B–N system is presented.
