Bimetal‐Phenolic Framework to Combat Bacterial Infections via Synergistic Biofilm Dispersal, Bacterial Killing and Immune Modulation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A bimetal‐phenolic framework (Que‐Fe‐CeMPF) is developed by direct self‐assembly through the coordination of Fe3+ and Ce4+ with quercetin. Que‐Fe‐CeMPF exhibits multimodal activity, including cleaving matrix eDNA within biofilm, generating hydroxyl radicals via catalytic H2O2 to kill bacteria, and alleviating inflammation by stimulating macrophage ...

Spatial Transcriptomics and snRNA‐seq Expose CAF Niches Orchestrating Dual Stromal‐Immune Barriers in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
HmmyCAFs may form a triple immunosuppressive niche: possibly secrete ECM (POSTN, etc.) as physical barriers to block CD8⁺ T cells, induce CD8⁺ T exhaustion via those molecules, and use HIF‐1α‐driven metabolism to create acidic, nutrient‐poor microenvironments that suppress T cells.

Engineering Metal‐Organic‐Framework‐Based STING Nanoagonists for PROTAC‐Enhanced Cancer Chemo‐Metalloimmunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Schematic overview of PROTAC‐enhanced chemo‐metalloimmunotherapy, integrating senescence induction, multi‐modal STING pathway activation, PD‐L1 blockade, and immune amplification via coordinated PROTACs, metal ions, and chemotherapy to elicit robust antitumor immunity and circumvent immune evasion.
