Micelles and microemulsions [PDF]
We have shown that there is a close relationship between the surfactant film properties, the bulk structures, the interfacial tension with oil (or water) and even the dynamic properties in micellar and microemulsion systems. The evolution from spherical micelles to tubular, cubic, lamellar or sponge phases is now qualitatively well understood.

Wrapping Nanotubes with Micelles, Hemimicelles, and Cylindrical Micelles
Small, 2009AbstractThis work uses a simple model based on hydrophobic and hydrophilic forces to investigate the molecular dynamics that lead to the supramolecular self‐assembly of surfactants around carbon nanotubes (CNTs). The effects of the concentration and the structure of surfactants are explored.

AbstractOne‐dimensional (1D) and 2D structures by crystallization‐driven self‐assembly of block copolymers (BCPs) can form fascinating hierarchical structures through secondary self‐assembly. But examples of 3D structures formed via hierarchical self‐assembly are rare.

Coexistence of small micelles with large micelles
The Journal of Physical Chemistry, 1988Analyse detaillee du quasar 3C 273 par plaques electronographiques UBV a haute resolution (FWHM≃1''). De nouvelles composantes du jet optique ont ete detectees et les indices de couleur U-B et B-V sont constants sur tout le jet sauf pour un point a 15.4'' du quasar plus bleu que le reste de 0.3 nag.
