Cavities "Pit Number" and micro-jets impingements
Cavitation pits and erosion were obtained using the rotating disk device, where a steel disk with cavitation inducers and specimens fixed on it rotates inside a water chamber to provide the cavitating flow. These pits were observed with the aid of a scanning electronic microscopy.

A hierarchical flexible ceramic nanofiber membrane integrates a La‐stabilized ZrO2 scaffold with superhydrophobic UiO‐66‐NH2/CdS heterojunctions. The gas–liquid–solid interfacial architecture sustains vapor‐selective desalination, visible‐light charge separation, and rapid H2 extraction, enabling simultaneous freshwater production and photocatalytic ...

Experimental Investigation of a Synthetic Jet Array in a Laminar Channel Flow
The paper deals with an impinging synthetic jet, namely on the case of a synthetic jet array interacting with a laminar channel flow. This arrangement can be useful in many micro-scale applications, such as cooling of micro-electronics.

Topological insulator–metamaterials integrated with electrically driven terahertz quantum cascade lasers enable parity‐dependent harmonic generation. Bulk‐dominated Bi2Se3 favors third‐harmonic emission at 9.96 THz, whereas topological‐surface‐state‐dominated Bi2Se3, Bi2Te3, and (Bi,Sb)2Te3 generate strong second harmonics near 6.5 THz.

MICRO-JET TECHNOLOGY IN MACHINE SHAFT SURFACING
Welding surfacing process used to apply a hard, wear-resistant layer of metal to surfaces or edges of worn-out parts. It is one of the most economical methods of conserving and extending the life of machines, tools, and construction equipment. Surfacing weld is composed of longitudinal and circumferential stringers or weave beads.

Nonplanar Bouligand Architectures for Enhanced Mechanical Performance in Cementitious Composites
Inspired by the impact region of the Mantis shrimp dactyl club, nonplanar additive manufacturing translates sinusoidal Bouligand architectures into cementitious composites. Printing‐induced anisotropy and architected interfaces promote distributed damage and arrest crack propagation, enhancing strength and energy absorption.
