Digitally Controlled Micro-LED Array for Linear Visible Light Communication Systems
In a visible light communications (VLC) system, the frequency response of the light-emitting diode (LED) limits the signal bandwidth and, thus, becomes the bottleneck of the transmission data rate.

An idea of designing novel sensors is proposed by creating appropriate Schottky barriers and vacancies between isomorphous Core‐CuOii/ Shell‐CuOi secondary microspheres and enhancing catalytic and spill‐over effects, and electronegativity via spontaneous biphasic separation, self‐assembly, and trace‐Ni‐doping.

Effects of Carbon Nanoparticles on Triboelectro‐Induced Surface Defects
Carbon nanoparticles added to grease modify the electrocontact behavior. The synergy of particle concentration and electric current dominates the surface damage of metals in contact. Electrical surface damage caused by current leakage is a critical challenge in high‐performance applications such as electric vehicle (EV) drivetrains and wind turbine ...

Abstract The development of high-productivity microLED (μ-LED) pixel panels is crucial as a key technology for next-generation displays. To provide a fundamental approach to this end, in this study, multicolor (red, green, blue, and yellow; RGBY) nanocolumn (NC) μ-LED pixels with 5 × 5 μm2 emission windows were monolithically integrated ...
