Photoacoustics for Direct Light‐Guiding Inside Transparent and Scattering Media
Laser &Photonics Reviews, Volume 19, Issue 8, April 17, 2025.A novel method for guiding light in transparent and scattering media without external components is presented. A pulsed laser and absorptive material generate photoacoustic pressure waves within the medium, creating refractive index gradients for sub‐microsecond light guiding.
