The effects of the light dose and fluence rate of NIR‐PIT on its efficacy were analyzed. The obtained results showed that light dose influenced the level of cancer cell cytotoxicity in vitro and in vivo, while the fluence rate had no effect in vitro, but had a negative association with NIR‐PIT efficacy in vivo.
