Advanced Science, EarlyView.PP1A dephosphorylates Keap1 at the S104 site, stabilizing and promoting the nuclear translocation of Nrf2, which upregulates the expression of antioxidant genes and PD‐L1. This leads to suppressed ferroptosis and enhanced immune evasion, thereby improving the efficacy of TKI and ICI combination therapy.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.CXCL6's function in cholangiocarcinoma is underexplored. Here it is discovered that CXCL6 is upregulated in cholangiocarcinoma tissues and promotes proliferation and metastasis of it. CXCL6 functions through the CXCR1/2‐JAK‐STAT/PI3K axis and reshaping tumor lipid metabolism.

LIMK1 as a Novel Kinase of β‐Catenin Promotes Esophageal Cancer Metastasis by Cooperating With CDK5
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Li et al. innovatively map the kinase‐substrate network in esophageal cancer metastasis. Their study demonstrates that LIM domain kinase 1 (LIMK1) and Cyclin‐dependent kinase 5 (CDK5) synergistically increase the phosphorylation of β‐catenin, thereby activating the Wnt/β‐catenin signaling pathway to promote esophageal cancer metastasis.
