PDIA6–SCD1 Axis Rewires Lipid Metabolism to Drive Gastric Cancer Progression
Protein disulfide isomerase A6 (PDIA6) is identified as an oncogenic driver in gastric cancer. PDIA6 directly binds and stabilizes SCD1 by limiting its ubiquitin–proteasome‐mediated degradation, thereby sustaining monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA)‐enriched lipid homeostasis and lipid metabolic reprogramming.

The role of SMLR1 in lipid metabolism (high fat + cholesterol diet in mice) Abstract Background and Aims The assembly and secretion of VLDL from the liver, a pathway that affects hepatic and plasma lipids, remains incompletely understood. We set out to identify players in the VLDL biogenesis pathway by identifying genes that are co‐expressed with the ...

Optimization of gene expression microarray protocol for formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues
Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue is a widely available clinical specimen for retrospective studies. The possibility of long-term clinical follow-up of FFPE samples makes them a valuable source to evaluate links between molecular and ...

This work presents a CRISPR‐based, ultrasensitive multiplex protein detection array capable of simultaneously analyzing six plasma biomarkers associated with Alzheimer's disease (AD). By integrating antibody‐mediated signal transduction, recombinase polymerase amplification, and spatially encoded CRISPR‐Cas12a, the system achieves detection sensitivity

Placental Site Trophoblastic Tumor Acquires Immune Functions by Incorporating Host Maternal Genes
PSTT cells, through cell fusion with B cells, incorporate abundant non‐inherited maternal genes that are detectable by DNIMA. These hybrid cells acquire immunotherapy‐resistant genetic changes and increase the expression of B cell‐derived immune‐related molecules such as Ig, HLA, LILRB, SIGLEC10, and so on, creating an immunotolerant environment around

Dynamic Single‐Binding Event Profiling With on‐Chip Microlenses for Wash‐Free Digital Biosensing
A microlens‐enhanced platform enables real‐time tracking and digital counting of single‐binding events using conventional bright‐field microscopy. Amplified scattering signals from gold nanoparticle labels and kinetic signature analysis allow wash‐free discrimination between specific and nonspecific interactions, while providing kinetic and mechanistic
