Lactobacillus casd YIT0091の多剤耐性変異株L. casei PSR3002の人工消化液およびNa-deoxycholateに対する耐性の変化を原株と比較するとともに, 他のLactobacillus, StreptococcusおよびBifidobacteriumの人工消化液耐性を調べ次の成績を得た。1. pHを変えた人工胃液に対する耐性にはL. casei YIT0091およびその耐性変異株間に差がなく, Na-deoxycholate耐性も等しかつた。しかしpH2.7~pH2.5の人工胃液で3時間処理し, 人工腸液に継代した場合, 生菌数の消長に差がみられL. casei PSR3002の誘導期が長くなり, 増殖性もやや低下した。2.
